It’s that time of year!! The Open is approaching, and FASTWhat is The Open?The Open is a global CrossFit competition that marks the first step on the road to the CrossFit Games. But at CrossFit 8 Mile, it’s much more than that—it’s our biggest community event of the year. Over the past five years, more than 100 members have joined in to make it an unforgettable experience.This year, The Open consists of one workout per week for three weeks.
