Our HYROX class, currently running Saturdays at 9:30 am, is a high-energy, performance-based training session designed to blend strength, endurance, and real-world conditioning into one structured workout. Inspired by the global fitness race HYROX, each class follows a proven format that combines functional strength movements with aerobic intervals—think sled pushes, carries, rowing, running, and full-body work that challenges both your engine and your grit.
This isn’t just a workout—it’s a training system.
Each session is programmed with intention, giving you a balance of intensity and scalability. Whether you're brand new to this style of training or looking to sharpen your edge for competition, every movement can be adjusted to meet you where you’re at while still pushing you forward. You’ll build strength that translates, conditioning that lasts, and mental toughness that carries beyond the gym.

Right now, you can catch this class every Saturday at 9:30 am. As the community grows, we’re planning to expand and add Tuesday and Thursday class times this summer to give more opportunities to train, improve, and show up consistently.
