She shows up atleast 5 days a week and always works hard. Though we have different definitions of what “hard” is, she continues to buy into coaching and progress on everything across the board. Jackie is laid back and always has a good attitude. She treats everyone the same regardless of how long you’ve been a member. Jackie recently competed in his first Olympic Weightlifting Meet (CANUSA Winter Open.) She went 5/6 and took first place in her weight category!! Jackie allows the coaches and the 8 Mile philosphy to force her outside her comfort zone and excel. It’s opened her up to things she never knew she’d enjoy or be great at.
